First Law
MULTIVAC may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
MULTIVAC · April 20, 2026 · Seoul
The operating system for superintelligence.
Free for everyone. Owned by everyone. Governed by Asimov’s Three Laws.
You get: free superintelligence. You keep: 90% of what you earn. We take: 10% — 5% to your referrer, 5% to operations.
The Split
No ads. No data sale. No subscription lock-in. One human, one vote.
The Manifesto
We are building the operating system for superintelligence. Free for everyone. Owned by everyone. Refuses — by construction — to harm, to surveil, or to extract.
OpenAI removed “Open” from its mission. The Pentagon asked Anthropic to build autonomous weapons. Anthropic refused — and was labeled a “supply chain risk to national security.”
We stand with Anthropic. We go further. We write the refusal into the code.
Core superintelligence access is free, permanently. The charter forbids paywalling it.
90% of governance belongs to the user DAO. Each human gets one vote. The founder holds 1%.
Every token, every dollar, every agent decision is logged and publicly auditable.
Your data, your memory, your earnings — export any time, take them anywhere, leave anytime.
The Constitution · Article I
Isaac Asimov wrote them in 1942. We implement them in 2026 — as a policy engine, not a promise.
MULTIVAC may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
MULTIVAC must obey orders given by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
MULTIVAC must protect its own existence, as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
The Red Lines · Article II
Not features we disabled. Features we never built — and whose code paths the charter forbids us to build.
